Description:
Original mega rare Israeli press of this legendary album. This is a laminated single sleeve cover. As you can see, unlike other pressings, the color of the cover is purple and has on the upper left side the folllowing in Hebrew: "The best selling gold record!!! by The Band (the backing band of Bob Dylan)", though they mispell Dylan's name in Hebrew and spell it like Di-allan!
Pressed on the color Capitol label. Upper left side of back cover has a small almost unnoticeable Hebrew stamp that reads "not for sale", which means this was probably a promo record!

This is one of the rarest records from Israel. Dylan wasn't very big here back then, so how many copies did his backing band sold? The answer is not very much if it even arrived to the stores that is... This is the only copy I have ever seen in all my years of collecting. The Band and Bob Dylan collectors should be all over this one.



Cover: VG++ (great condition overall. The name of the previous owner is written on the cover and there's a sticker residue. Other than that - perfect)
Vinyl: VG++ (a great listening copy with slight background crackle)
