Comments: Original 1968 issue, not reprint.  Glossy purple and flat powder blue labels were issued concurrenty; the powder blue variation stayed in use into the 1970's, but the purple label does not last past about 1970. This original jacket on this copy has the mild toning which is characteristic of this title caused by the manufacturer's glue that affixes the cover slicks to the boards. Original issues, as here, erroneously state Jagger/Richard composer credits for all titles. Second issues credit Rev. Wilkins for his setting of Prodigal Son. The second jackets, rather than crediting Wilkins, rather eliminate the text 'Written By Mick Jagger and Keith Richard'.
