Label Description: Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS 47 WEST 63rd NYC address on both sides. NO "R" on label. RVG, ear and 9M in the dead wax. Deep groove on both sides. FLAT EDGE.

Lexington adress on Frame cover.

Record condition visually g+, many marks, and some quite deep. The audio is surprisingly better that what it looks like. Its really only bad on A1, the rest is a nice VG in listening experience.

The cover condition is VG - please look at the pictures. There is taped seams and quite some rub on front. The tape may be possible to remove. There is a name written on the back. But over all, a playable copy of a super rare record. Ive enjoyed it for a few years.
