We do try and check, clean & play all the records, CDs, DVDs and blu rays but sometimes we miss things or our players will play them but yours may not. Our cameras and lenses are sold in good working order unless otherwise stated. We try to work hard to ensure our customers are happy.

Hasn't been checked and has a lot of scratches and bends on the cover and record.
Fair:
Has a few scratches on the record & cover and/or a ripped cover.
Good:
Has a few scratches but should still play. Cover could be a bit scruffy.
Very good:
May have small scratches and/or small scuffs. Nothing that could interfere with the playability.
Excellent:
No obvious scratches and the cover may have only a scuffs round the edge.
Near Mint:
As it says near mint as close to nothing wrong as possible. If there is any remainder of the p&p money I will refund it to you. RETURNS
