FEEDBACK: I will leave feedback for you after you have confirmed that you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem, please contact me to work things out, rather than leaving negative feedback and being dissatisfied.
PAYMENT: I only accept PayPal. Payment needs to be received within three (3) days of purchase or transaction will be re-listed. If you can’t pay within that time frame, please don’t bid. After three (3) days, Ebay will automatically file a non-paying bidder’s claim for me, which could prevent you from bidding on any Ebay auctions in the future, not just mine. So please don’t bid if you’re not serious about buying this item.
BIDS: If you get an email from Ebay that you won the auction, you need to complete the process and pay for the item. After 24 hours, you will receive an invoice from me confirming that you won and your payment is due. I cannot cancel your transaction after you have paid because I usually ship same day or next day. On the 4th day of non-payment, Ebay will automatically file a “non-paying bidder claim” against you on my behalf. You will then have 4 days to pay for your item or you may lose your future auction privileges.
RETURNS: No returns on magazines. If my auction states your item is returnable, it needs to be returned within 14 days from your delivery confirmation date. This is Ebay’s policy. Item must be shipped back to seller using the same type of shipping method used by seller (First Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or insurance, if applicable). “Return to sender – refused” is an unacceptable method of returning items and will not be processed. Items that are sold as “sealed” cannot be returned if the seal has been broken. Some of these items are noted as “not returnable” in my auction description. Auction items should only be returned if my auction item is not as described. There are no refunds on shipping charges either direction. Returned items that had “free shipping” will be charged 10% of final auction amount as a restocking fee. If you paid for shipping, there is no restocking fee. Please be sure you want the item before bidding, which is a firm commitment to buy the item. This will help me keep my costs down and offer bidders better deals. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
