No international shipping unless the potential buyer and I agree on cost of shipment.  I normally deny requests for international shipping when the item costs less than the shipping.  For those rare exceptions, I will only ship USPS Priority International for insurance purposes. 

Please read the description, look at the picture(s), and ask any questions prior to bidding. Please be familiar with common book selling phrases, including those used to describe condition.  I typically do not take multiple pictures of items that are listed under $20. 

Used, pre-owned items come from various places.  I cannot vouch for whether the item came from a smoke-free environment. However, the time the item spends at my house, it is in a smoke-free environment.  I list all problems that I am aware of in my listings.  I try to be conservative as to the item’s condition rather than overstate condition. 

Payment is expected within three days and immediately on “Buy It Now” items.  If you have won multiple auctions, I will combine shipping; please request an invoice.  If you have a problem with payment within this time frame, notify me by email.  Delayed payment is not a problem, if you let me know when payment is forthcoming.    If payment is not made and I do not hear from you after invoicing and reminders, I will assume that you do not want the item.  I will file a dispute action with Ebay to recover my fees, enabling me to re-list the item.
