How We Pack Our LP's

Step 1
Fresh inner sleeve added if needed. Step 2
Cover is then placed into fresh outer sleeve. Step 3
Inner sleeve & LP is placed into the outer sleeve to prevent splits. Step 4
A layer of packing foam is added for more protection. Step 5
Mailer is sealed and securely taped. Step 6
LP mailer is wrapped in thick paper, and taped and labelled. Condition Guide Mint (M), Mint Minus (M-) Near Mint (NM), (NM+) Very Good++ (VG++) Very Good (VG), (VG+) Good (G), Good Plus (G+) Absolutely perfect in every way. Certainly never been played, possibly even still sealed. A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. A grade in between Near Mint and VG+. VG++ records will be very close to near mint, with only minor markings that don't affect playback. A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner. Good does not mean Bad! A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping.

All records are shipped in a fresh inner sleeve if none is available, removed from the LP jacket. The jacket and LP are then placed into an outer plastic sleeve to prevent splitting/damage to the cover/jacket. This layer is then sandwiched between two layers of packing foam, ready to be placed inside the LP mailer. We only use brand new LP mailer cardboard boxes for our records.
Double LPs count as 2 records and are shipped at a higher cost due to the extra weight.
Boxed sets will be weighed and price will be determined by location and will vary by weight and destination.

We ship our packages every Tuesday and Friday.
Packages to USA take about TWO (2) weeks to arrive (air service), depends on the time of year, etc..
International packages take about TWO (2) to THREE (3) weeks to arrive in most OVERSEAS destinations by AIR SERVICE and 6-10 weeks by GROUND.

We combine shipping if auctions are combined and paid in one transaction! Please wait for us to send an invoice.
