Capitol Records ST 2228 Beatles '65 Stereo Studio Album by The Beatles originally released December 15, 1964 on Capitol in both and versions. Beatles ’65 is ' fifth release, but seventh American album. The album was also issued in Germany on the label. Recorded during only 8 sessions between June - October 1964 at EMI Studios, London. Producer: George Martin.

Beatles '65 includes most of the songs from , but deleting "Eight Days a Week", "Words of Love", "Every Little Thing", "I Don't Want to Spoil the Party", "What You're Doing", and the "Kansas City/Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey" medley, which would show up later in . It picked up "I'll Be Back" from and includes the single "I Feel Fine" / "She's a Woman". In 2004, the album was released on for the first time as part of Box Set (catalogue number CDP 7243 8 66874 2 5). - from Wikipedia

The album listed here has the RIAA seal on the back of the cover with no number. George Martin & Dave Dexter, Jr. names are on the back of the cover. Black matte rainbow labels have no Subsidiary info.

Vinyl: VG  Shiny, glossy, many light scratches & rubs. Black matte rainbow labels have some spindle marks. Matrix numbers engraved in the dead wax, carry-out grooves or runoff margins are: ST1-2228-X6-TH, ST2-2228-X6-TH

 

Cover: VG  Clean, no stickers, no splits, some ring & surface wear, light edge wear & corner bumps; name written on back (not shown in photo) - back is cleaner than photo. Nice Capitol inner sleeve PE 12-2DS (Scranton) has repaired splits.

NM: Record should look unplayed, shiny, glossy, no visible marks.

VG++: Very close to NM

VG+: Record may have a few minor marks or surface scuffs.

VG: Record will have light scratches, noticeable marks & surface noise may be apparent.

VG-/G: Record is rough and may be beat up a little bit.
