A gratifying re-release of an early-1970s U.K. limited vinyl pressing celebrating the first Glastonbury Festival.  The pioneering pub-rock band Brinsley Schwarz is represented by a studio recording of Nick Lowe's "Love Song" (its headlining appearance at the festival had been disrupted by the arrival of the guru Maharaj Ji and his chanting followers), and Mighty Baby (the `70s incarnation of `60s mod band the Action, recorded live at the actual event) performs a blend of jazz and Motown called "A Blanket in My Museli" (sic).

This (3-LP) 180 gram vinyl originally released as a triple album limited to 5,000 copies.

 

Now the original album is back in its entirety, repressed & packaged exactly like the original release with inserts galore!
