M : The sleeve is still sealed so the vinyl is mint.

EX/NM : In original shrinkwrap so it is in excellent condition.  The shrink has a 1/3 split along the seam.  The only condition notes are that the corners have been pulled in some by 20 years of shrinkwrap.
