Very Good : Been played a lot,has normal wear and tear. Greater amount of marks  and light scratches. 

Very Good - : Greater number of marks/scratches or at least one deep scratch that can be felt with a fingernail.

Good : Lots of wear. Any amount of marks both lighter scratches or scratches deep enough to be felt with a fingernail.
