I don't have anything to play the LP to check sound quality but I can not see any deep scratches and nothing that I can feel with my nail, it looks in very good condition. The inner paper sleeve has a small rip in it which you should be able to see in the picture. The outer sleeve is slightly worn on the corners but then it has been around since the 70's!
