COVER - front and back have just a little wear, spine text readable, just a little wear on the edges and corners, EX+, bottom left corner has a bend
SLEEVE - original picture/lyric sleeve included has 1 split side
I put the record in a new MFSL sleeve, and everything in an outer sleeve.
