You are bidding on a two picture disc LP lot by the artists known as Metallica. The item descriptions and information for each are listed below.

1. Metallica - Kill Em All picture disc LP. Import pressing on the Megaforce/Music For Nations Records label. Item number MFN 7 P. ISBN 5-016583-100704.

The overall condition for both sides of the vinyl are VG. I've examined both sides under two different incandescent light sources. I can see a few light marks on Side A. Side B looks fairly clean. One I can feel when gently rubbed with my finger tip near the edge of side A.

This copy did not come in the original plastic outer sleeve these import pressed picture discs came in back in the 1980s. More than likely it is dirty and may have some light scuffing from the oversize outer sleeve it was ultimately put in. It was in this condition when I found it.

It is common to see a light haze under the light of these 1980s picture disc vinyl pressings. More than likely it is I believe a good cleaning on a VPI record cleaning machine would probably do the trick in reducing this anomalie.

This copy would not be recommended for playback. This would be a good entry level collector copy or used for display purposes.

2. Metallica - Bay Area Thrashers picture disc LP.  I believe this is an import pressed picture disc. It says Collector's Picture Disc Series. Item number CPD014.

The overall condition of this item is VG. Again, I've examined both sides under two different incandescent light sources. Both sides appear clean overall, but I can see some very light hairline marks in areas. I've play tested this copy and there was some audible surface noise on both sides. This is an early live recording and the sound quality is not soundboard. Again, this would be a good entry level vinyl collector copy or one for display purposes.

Both of these items are recommended for display purposes only. Both will be shipped in plain paper sleeves to protect them.

 If you want to rock out to Metallica, I would recommend black vinyl on high volume.

SELLER NOTE: All items in this auction are from my personal collection. All have been safely stored in archival quality inner and outer sleeves, in acid-free record storage boxes, in a cool, dry, dark environment for many years. The majority have either been played a few times or not at all.

It is time for all of these to find good, new, appreciate homes in the collections of serious Thrash Metal or underground metal vinyl collectors. Collectors who appreciate, enjoy, value and care for their personal music collections with the same level of responsibility, care and prudence as myself.

All international winners of vinyl LPs or multiple items will have their items securely packaged, taken to a U.S. Post Office location, and get a direct airmail shipping quote to be added to their winning total.

All buyers, both foreign and domestic, are responsible for requesting extra shipping services for their packages prior to payment. Domestic packages can have insurance, registered, or delivery confirmation added to their shipping total. Foreign packages can have insurance or registered shipping added to their shipping total. These postal services ensure safer, trackable delivery of your package, especially internationally. If a winning bidder does not request special shipping services prior to payment, or if a winner fails to respond to e-mail inquiries for special shipping services, the total will be calculated, or the package sent with no special shipping services. Therefore, if the package is damaged, lost, or stolen once shipped without these special shipping options, the seller is absolved of all further actions, either in past, present, or future, regarding the package including any compensatory measures in any amount to the buyer.

In other words, if you don’t pay for registered shipping, insurance, or delivery confirmation, there is nothing I can do for you if your package becomes lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to your house. Please request the service if you believe it necessary.
