Braen / Raskovich"QUARTA PAGINA"[POLIZIESCO]
Another amazing gem repressed - this obscure LP by Braen / Raskovich is dated 1971 and is part of the most fascinating and enigmatic periods of Italian music history. Library Music, made for radio and TV mainly, pressed on few copies... This one apparently on 300 exemplaries only.
"Quarta pagina" portrays with great ability some possible - who knows if they ever had been realized - crime scenes, with hard-boiled and dark atmospheres, alternating with the Psych-Funk rides that have always characterized many of the projects related to the Italian cinematic genre.
Probaly the most obscure collaboration between the dark side of Alessandro Alessandroni (Braen) and Giuliano Sorgini (Raskovich) also seen on "DRAMMATICO" (Panda Records Way rarer than UNDEGROUND by Braen's Machine but totally different in style, here you have the darkest Psychedelic mood music ever recorded on an Italian library LP. Expect loads of heavy and obsessive Alessandroni rhythmical arrangements surrounded by insane Fuzz guitars, mental screaming vocals, ultra sleazy and sinister female scat, Dark Exotic percussions, creepy spinet, pressed piano and groovy hammond, ghostrly flutes, whistles from the Maestro, Braen's Machine style evil harmonica and so on.
