I feel no need to comment on the band itself, if you are not familiar with The Avett Brothers I suggest you start with less expensive investments (and better material anyway), everything released prior to this is outstanding. 

I am not a professional grader, below are my conservative estimates.  (Please also take some time to closely examine the attached photographs, that is the actual product that you will receive.) 

The only literally untouched/mint parts of this boxed set are the bandana/handkerchief, still in its original plastic, and the separately packaged artwork (you can see the sticker still intact in photo #4).  

Outer box: Excellent.  This has mostly sat on a shelf without being moved around.  It is a little bit dusty, it is a fabric type material.  No structural imperfections. 

CDs: Good/Excellent.  Both have been played a few times.  The Demos CD is at least in excellent condition, I did little more than upload it to my iTunes.  The main album CD has a little more wear but is at least in good condition.  There are some light visible marks, but no playback issues. 

LPs: Near mint: I didn't do much more than play one side to see if it was really 33rpm (why not 45 if you're going to put it on two discs??).  Side D has a tiny bit of damage to the label near the center hole- I received it this way.

Autographs: They look good to me.  Not sure what else to say about that except that the lithograph itself has a slight crinkle in the lower left corner. 

Very reasonable reserve, someone just paid a lot more for an incomplete one.  Shipping will be USPS Priority.
