One of the most enigmatic and obscure releases of whole Italian discography. Initially dated around early '70s "PROFONDITA" is a double LP recorded in 1977, deeply Progressive and Psychedelic in style. Contains some explicit connections to Pink Floyd's tracks. Sought-after for his rarity this Monster is actually also regarded among DJs and Diggers for his Funk Breaks grooves in 4 tracks.
Maybe the best kept secret album in Italian discography, which has sparked lengthy discussions among collectors during the recent years, has been unearthed by Cinedelic Records who found the original masters and put an exclamation mark on the year of production: 1977. Contains in addiction Space, Underwater, intimate and rarefied atmospheres. Full of the kind of technicolour psychedelics you expect by a Floyd-esque, keyboard-driven ambience, it is able to create a tense atmosphere all over the album, with dark electronics passages in a distinctive cinematic way.
ULTRA-LIMITED pressing of 300 hand-numbered copies. Comes on gatefold heavy-cardboard glossy sleeve as original pressings of the time.
