Looks like "Rockin at the Hops" but has different tracks and is called simply "Chuck Berry"  
Distributed by Pye International A Chess USA recording Matrix numbers:  side 1: 1LP 12024 A-2 WMH side 2: 1LP 12024 B-1 WMH
Slight surface marks  but plays well with the usual hisses
