This record is in very good- condition. It does have spindle marks on the labels, but no pen marks or any other damage, they are in good shape. As for the vinyl itself, both sides have lots of very light surface lines visible in normal light. There are more incredibly light wispy lines/marks visible under very bright white light, but again nothing really serious, sinister or deep. The record has no serious scuffs or blemishes and still has a nice shine.

I play tested the record on my system which is quite revealing(SME 3009 tonearm + Ortofon stylus) and it plays well, with no skips, clicks and even much of a crackle audible during play. There is however some slight distortion in places but nothing massively drastic. It lies nice and flat but must have a very slight storage warp as there is slight upward movement in the record arm. This is minor however and has no affect on the sound quality. So it was an enjoyable play test with little crackle, no serious clicks, jumps or sticks, but some mild distortion/deterioration noticeable in parts on my fairly refined system. It is still a good playable, enjoyable, early copy of this great album.

The sleeve is in very good- condition. It has wear to the edges and corners(pics), but the writing along the spine is legible. Despite the wear to the edges they are all strong with no splits or weak areas where one may develop. There is however damage to the lower flipback(see pics), and also a pen mark along the top. As well as these issues there is general age related wear with creasing to the laminate(nothing massively drastic), ring marks visible and grubbiness/discolouring to the back. So overall not ideal but this record is over 50 years old and so for its age it is solid enough.

It will be sent in a clean, plain white inner replacement as the original is damaged.

The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
