SOLD-OUT 2014 EU first pressing 22-track 2-LP pressed on 180gram 'Iron Thrown' coloured transparent audiophile vinyl; presented in a gatefold sleeve and restricted to 2000 individually machine-numbered copies worldwide as part of the ‘AT THE MOVIES’ series. A second black vinyl pressing was issued in 2015 to meet fans’ demands and satisfy the huge market for this remarkable recording but it is this 1st numbered issue that fetches high prices when turn up.

Game of Thrones is the wildly successful fantasy drama television series created for HBO by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. It is an adaptation of A Song Of Ice And Fire, George R. R. Martin's series of fantasy novels. Its fourth season premiered on HBO in April 2014, with already two more seasons in preparation.

The soundtrack was scored by German composer Ramin Djawadi, best known for his Grammy-nominated score for Iron Man, Pacific Rim, Clash Of The Titans and for the TV series Prison Break. The fourth season soundtrack also features a single "The Rains Of Castamere" by Icelandic post-rock band Sigur Rós. The band also appears in the second episode of the fourth season, as a group of musicians serenading the Royal Couple at their wedding reception.

At The Movies encompasses a collection of contemporary soundtrack albums on 180 gram audiophile vinyl. These collectible titles are initially released as individually numbered Deluxe Limited Editions on coloured vinyl, and often include extras like inserts, posters or exclusive bonus material.

This LP set remains housed from new in the original manufactur’s releasable bag and therefore mint & unplayed. The custom ‘Music On Vinyl’ sticker is still attached over shrink on front cover. The bag is still intact with no tears, and the jacket is in mint condition (No Cuts, No Ring Wears). This is the #697/2000. An absolutely stunning copy. Any visible white spots are shine from the lighting and are NOT defects.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN UNLESS THE RECORD SOLD FALLS INTO THIS LAST STATEMENT. So if you need that absolutely pristine record that is perfectly flat, this may not be the auction for you.
