We Require all Payments In FULL Within 2 days of the end of auction.  If you need additional time for bank transfers etc. they must be approved by us BEFORE bidding. If you want to bid on items ending on different days and wish to combine invoices please let us know. If payment is not received by the third day following the end of auction and no communication has been made by the buyer then An Un-Paid Dispute Case will be opened. 
HOURS OF OPERATION:
We are generally not at the computer on the weekends, as we are spending time as a family. We will try to answer emails on the weekends if it's possible to do so. I believe that family is extremely important so we spend most weekends with our son. Thank you for understanding.
SHIPPING: We ship all items within 2 business days of payment being received. In some cases we are able to ship the same day as payment being received. We always try to mail items out as quickly and safely as possible.
We strive to pack all items to the best of our abilities while still maintaining a reasonable shipping rate. In most cases especially those with larger items we charge the actual shipping cost. We ship Economy as a means to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you the buyers. We will upgrade only if the cost is the same or if the buyer wishes to up-grade at a cost covered by the buyers.WE SHIP ITEMS MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY. If it is possible we will ship items paid on Friday on Friday. If we are unable to do so then they will be shipped Monday morning. 
MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING:
When shipping MEDIA MAIL please understand that Media cost much less to ship then Standard or Economy mail. However Media Mail does ship at a slower rate. Once the item is dropped off at the post office I have NO CONTROL over how fast the item or items are shipped. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
In most of our international shipping we use the Global Shipping Center. I have NO CONTROL over the fees charged with this service. Nor the speed by which it is delivered. 
CANCELING AN ORDER:
If the Buyer wishes to cancel a Bid it is THEIR RESPONSIBILITY To cancel the bid. EBay does have a system in effect that penalizes Sellers for canceling Bids or Transactions. If you want to Cancel the Transaction you must do so BEFORE THE LABEL IS CREATED AND THE ITEM SHIPPED. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR REQUESTS TO CANCEL AFTER THE ITEM IS SHIPPED. NO EXCEPTIONS! 
RETURNS:
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please understand that I am a private seller not a store. When buying items such as clothing, belts, shoes, hats, or any other clothing or item that needs to be worn it is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO KNOW THE SIZE THEY NEED. I HAVE NO means of knowing what size dress, shirt, skirt or shoes that you wear. In addition to sizes on garments we also provide measurements. If you are un-certain of your size then it is your responsibility to use the measurements provided to determine if the item will fit. If you need additional measurements that we have not provided please email those questions BEFORE THE END OF AUCTION. 
In the Case of Jewelry please understand that we sell new jewelry as well as Vintage jewelry. With Jewelry especially Vintage jewelry please know that the item has been worn by someone at some point in time and will not be new. 
PICTURES:
We take pictures of all of our items. We do not use stock photos as they can be misleading. We want our customers to know exactly the what they are bidding on. Please use the pictures as well as the item description to make a decision on bidding. 
THREATS, BULLYING OR ACTS OF EXTORTION. 
We take threats very serious on eBay and will not tolerate any emails with Threats. All of these will be reported to eBay immediately or if needed they will be turned over to law enforcement agencies. Unfortunately we have had some people with a history of buying item or items then claiming to have an issue in an attempt to get full refunds or partial refunds. Please know that thisWILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Anyone trying to scam or fraud in this manner will be turned into eBay. NO exceptions.  We have several hundred if not a couple of thousand of people who we have met on eBay that have been very kind and professional. Sadly we have also met more then our fair share of people who have not been.
