You will not see worn covers, warped records or scratched records. We simply do not bother with them.

We list in many cases, 'Archived' & 'mint' condition items, we are able to source from private collections all over the UK. So we hope you can be put at ease that what you are bidding on is of the highest quality.

We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

THE VINYL   MINT-   INCREDIBLE  CONDITION

As you can see, this vinyl is the highly PRIZED 1st  A1 B1 1974  pressing  - Stored from new this LP has seen possibly A COUPLE OF CAREFUL plays only, and remains in pristine condition everywhere.

SIMPLY AS GOOD AS IT GETS HERE..

This EMI pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all like this.

We can see maybe a couple of tiny spider lines around the centre hole, and no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever.

There are a few light whisp lines, and thats it-  nothing else!  No scratches or marks.  Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years, and therefore there are a few little dust specs on the vinyl when we slid it for checking..IT REMAINS IN ASTONISHING CONDITION.

On playing through we heard barely the lightest static in the opening dead grooves ...possibly the odd dust pop which will not sound next time through we doubt.

Yes...the whole record plays quite superb. TIME CAPSULE!

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

Correct MATT first UK issued earliest GATEFOLD SLEEVE  & INNER PROBE SLEEVE.

This is in SUPERB condition, quite amazing how it has survived so clean.  WITH NO GRUBBINESS ON THE BACK SLEEVE OR DICOLOURATION A SO MANY SUFFER FROM.

The edges are all super clean with no real traces of rub, at all , and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition

No  ringwear - SOME LIGHT RING PRESS

The open edge remains in sharp as new condition - NO FEATHERING & THE LIGHTEST TIP RUB ONLY

The spine edge is 100% sharp and no squash or rub at all.

There  are a couple of tiny feint spider lines on the edges -

THE GATEFOLD OPEN OUT IS PRISTINE! one tiny little corner crease.

We cannot add any more than this! ITS A BEAUTY!

 

THE INNER SLEEVE   MINT- 

1st brown paper inner, no marks or discolour of any note ..no damage, splits or tears.
