The terms of this listing are as follows:

- If you are local & there is the possibility of drop off/pickup & payment in person please DO NOT send Paypal payment until we discuss things.

- IN REGARDS TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Paypal policy forces me to only be able to ship outside the USA via USPS Express Mail as that is the only shipping method that they will recognize & honor for seller protection. Please realize that is out of my hands. Requested for lesser shipping methods will not be entertained.

- I can only ship to the Paypal verified address that  is attached to your Paypal payment. Requesting to have your item shipped to am andress that is not the one attched to the front details page of the paypal payment is a violation of ebay/paypal policy & will be reported. If USPS does not deliver to your physical shipping address then you must contact me before purchasing.

- Buyers MUST speak fluent English as I have had to deal with to many problems that stemmed from dealing with those who did not have a firm grasp on the language.

This is part of the manufacturing process & is the sign of an acceptable product that has passed quality control by the company who made it.
