Like the cover says: "10-Record Monstrosity - A Really Spiffy Collection". Labels are Nifty Tuff & Bitchen Records, and all the labels are printed with the disc titles and the track listings, a nice bonus for this type of release. The box itself appears printed, but those are some really well-applied slicks. I believe there are enough photos of the back cover details to reveal everything about the contents. All box corners are intact. The bottom edge of the box bottom (it's a 2-piece) has a slight wrinkle.
A super-rare piece, put together by some uber-fan many years ago.
