The records have a lot of superficial surface scratches. Side 4 has a slightly deeper scratch running most of the way from the edge to the middle. Both records need a good cleaning. The sleeves are coming apart and show a lot of water damage. Lyrics are on the sleeves. The cover also has a lot of water damage. I have tried to show it in the photos.
