Overall great condition, very rare and long out of print. Limited Edition of 500 copies. This copy is number 226, hand numbered in gold pen.

Ensure you are willing to follow my conditions or don't bid. Any complaints, blame the people out there who mis-use eBay and are slack. If everybody did the right thing this sort of thing wouldn't be necessary.

1. BUYER MUST LEAVE FEEDBACK FIRST!!! If you don’t, I will not leave you any. This is vital because it not only lets me know you received your item okay, but it increases my score and yours as well. It's not hard to leave feedback but obviously some out there can't be bothered. I’m sick of people with 100% feedback and I look at their page and it’s all from the sellers and they’ve never left any feedback in their life.

2. POSTAGE IS BECOMING A MAJOR ISSUE. Australia Post has no cheap options for domestic or international. 500g is the cheapest option and this includes even a very light article, it will be charged as a parcel. Single CDs and DVDs can be mailed as a ‘large letter’ if not wrapped in any way.

International- Tracking IS NOT a standard feature of Airmail services. IT COSTS A LOT MORE and is only available to certain countries. Please go to Australia Post website and look at their tables. Due to people claiming they haven’t received parcels, if tracking is available to your country I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you pay for it. Otherwise if you don’t get your item (particularly countries with suspect postal/customs services) I WILL NOT REFUND YOU.

For South America, Mexico and Middle East I will ONLY SEND REGISTERED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

3. Also on the postage subject, I charge what it costs me to send it to you. Particularly for records, I will be adding a $5.00 packaging charge to the postage costs. I have had to purchase new LP mailers and have them couriered because Australia Post doesn’t sell them. Also, I estimate the weight on my (admittedly not perfect) kitchen scales. But then on some occasions, after the record has been bubblewrapped, box sealed etc., the weight is a lousy few grams over and then has to go at the next rate which costs me up to an extra $10.00.

4. I WILL BE INCREASING THE PRICES ON LISTINGS. This is because I am losing out 20%-25% of my profits with the current bad exchange rate, the increased eBay fees (they now take a percentage of postage costs!), copping the difference for postage and general irritation.

5. Payment MUST be received within 7 days, or a case will be opened IMMEDIATELY. I believe this is a fair and reasonable amount of time. If there is any problems, PLEASE contact me, I am a fair and reasonable trader but am getting sick of those who don’t pay or contact with a legitimate reason.

6. Payment to be by PAYPAL or direct bank deposit WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY. Items will be mailed within 2-3 days of receiving cleared payment, except on weekends and holiday times when post offices are closed.

7. BUY MORE THAN ONE ITEM!!! This not only makes it cheaper for you but a lot easier for me with mailing and postage charges.

8. DON’T PAY UNTIL I INVOICE YOU. If you win more than one auction from me, PLEASE wait for an invoice from me before sending payment. THIS DOESN’T COUNT FOR BUY IT NOW AS IT IS SET TO IMMEDIATE PAYMENT. This is because the eBay postage system usually charges too much and I end up refunding people.

9. Bidders with any unpaid strikes are blocked from bidding on my auctions, as well as people I have already had issues with. This again is due to past unreliable people who have wasted my time and energy.

10. NO RETURNS. Don’t threaten me with bad feedback or whinge about something not meeting your expectations and expect a refund. Any LEGITIMATE problems with an item, contact me and we can come to some arrangement I'm sure.

11.  I AM NOT interested in pick-up options so please don't ask.
