This
record is in excellent+ condition. It has a few spindle marks
visible on
the labels but no pen marks, scuffs or
any other damage such as stains or fading. The centres are not loose and overall
the textured orange labels are in great shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are superb and appear very clean in normal light. There is a couple of thin, soft, light lines visible and a few tiny light marks but nothing serious at all. There is also some incredibly light lines and unbeleivably soft scuffs or 'mottling' visible when angled into direct light. These could be sleeve scuffs or are possibly just mottling in the vinyl press however. Either way they are very minor indeed and are nothing serious or sinister. The record has no nasty scuffs or blemishes and has a beautiful vivid shine.
I play
tested the record and it plays near perfectly. It lays completly flat and there
is no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is
superb and has superb clarity. Its crisp, dynamic and really clear with barely even a trace of surface noise in the run in. There is no distortion caused by excessive use and of course there are no
skips, sticks or annoying clicks/pops. It was a superb audio experience and was an absolute priviledge to play test such a classic album with such superb clarity.
The sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has just a hint of wear to the edges and corners, and the writing along the spine is all clearly legible. There are of course no splits, and no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. There is a little minor creasing to the laminated front but nothing severe. There is barely any ring marks visible and only a touch of age related discolouring to the back. Overall it is clean, bright, strong and in great shape for its age. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It
includes its original CBS company inner which is in near mint condition with no splits, tears, pen marks or any real signs of use.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
