Cover is absolutely amazing. It has a micro scuff on upper left corner only visible to very close inspection. No splits no discoloration.  Very sturdy and appears very close to perfect. I would grade as NM.

Inner sleeves are present. Original. These are very clean. No splits at all no creases no wear noticeable at all!!  I would grade as NM.

Records are at 1st glance NM.  Upon cleaning and than playing here is the description 

I play have records on a B&W Crosley player. This a mid-range player.

Side one plays with some background noise. It has been cleaned. There is a small mark with allowed for a small skip. This Mark looks like some micro residue. An ultrasound cleaner may take care of it. The skip was very brief and minor 

The other side of record one along with both sides of record 2 play exceptionally well. Very very minor scratch or mark. Only noticeable in a bright light.  

Overall the records would grade VG+
