Here we have one of the RAREST Led Zeppelin records in existence - a first UK pressing of Led Zeppelin IV on the hallowed red and plum label (Atlantic 2401012). This record has all the necessary hallmarks to make it a PRIZED FIRST PRESSING:

- Red and plum Atlantic label
- 'Under licence...' writing in the red section, above the white strip
- LED ZEPPELIN written in small at the bottom of the label
- The words 'Executive Producer: Peter Grant' (removed on later pressings)
- 'deluxe 2401012' written in the top right corner
- A3/B4 matrix numbers
- Crossed out matrix number on Side One
- PECKO DUCK & PLUM in deadwax
- The Kinney Music Ltd publishing credit

The record is in excellent condition for its age, with just a couple of crackles here and there (including briefly at the start of Stairway To Heaven). It is generally very clean and a fantastic listen.

The gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition inside and out, the spine is still quite sturdy and the inner lyric sleeve is in very good condition with just the tiniest of tears at the top of one side, and a small hole in the bottom where the record pokes through a bit - this can almost certainly be glued back together.

This is one of Led Zeppelin's greatest albums, with classic tracks such as Black Dog, Rock And Roll and Stairway To Heaven. Jimmy Page has never sounded better. And the very best way to hear it is on this stunning - and very rare - first pressing. Wow your friends by pulling it out of your collection!
