For sale is NOFX's Heavy Petting Zoo, originally released in 1996 on Epitaph Records. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks are the matrix numbers 1-A/1-B, indicating that one of the first stampers was used for this first pressing. This is a hallmark of superior sound quality sought after by collectors and music lovers alike. I bought this new, and like all my albums, cleaned it and immediately put it away into a protective inner sleeve. This protects the integrity of the vinyl and any original inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) that may have come with the record. The insert is Near Mint. The cover is graded as VG+ because of stress cracks along the spine and edges as well as one corner with blunting and color loss. The spine has color loss because of the stress cracks and the corner rub. The vinyl is play graded as Near Mint but visually graded as Excellent with very faint sleeve marks that were there when I opened this record. Like all my records, it's been professional cleaned on my VPI record cleaner, put into a MFSL archival inner sleeve and played on audiophile equipment while I owned it. This is the best copy of this album that I have ever seen or heard and you would be hard pressed to find one in this condition, being that it is so very rare. I have other Rock and Roll records, as well as albums of all different genres in my Ebay store. Please take a look, as most of them are Near Mint. Thank you for viewing my listing.
I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative. I offer discounts for multiple sales. Photos are of the actual item for sale, not a stock photo. Please review all descriptions and photos because I do not accept returns. Thank you for looking!
