Shipping

We ship Monday – Friday, We do not ship Weekends & Holidays. Our Goal is to ship all orders Same Day or Next Day in most cases.

Please allow 3-5 Days for shipping. Tracking information will be sent to you. Most items under 15.9 oz, ship USPS First Class Mail Parcel. We utilize UPS, FedEx Ground and other methods for all others.

Our Goal is to answer all emails as fast as possible. We answer emails in the order they come in, we do not answer emails normally on Weekends & Holidays. Please allow additional time for those emails that come in on Weekends & Holidays.

Warranty & Returns

We warranty all of our products 30 days. We accept returns on all items, except Personal Care Hygiene Products. Simply write or call us for an RMA#, and we will authorize return. Buyer pays Return Shipping, unless the product is defective, not as described or is missing an item. Please realize we do inspect all returns that are returned, and report any violations and abuse of this option to ebay. We do not charge a restocking charge, we do though deduct the cost of original outbound shipping.
