Sticky Fingers

Shrinkwrap is tight against the album cover.  There are no breaches or tears to the shrink anywhere except for two VERY small rips right where the zipper is.  This is a beautiful copy.  It looks as though the seal has just been opened.  The zipper has never been manipulated.  The belt buckle is 100% intact under the shrink.  The only damage to report at all is that on the back cover, there are very small pock marks where the zipper from the next copy of the album had pressed against this one in the shipping box.  There is slight wear to the exposed portion of the cover where the album cover's mouth is.  Slight.  The track listing sticker that accompanied some copies of the album is present on the back cover.  The majority of these stickers were tossed in the trash the moment the shrink came off.  The sticker is beautiful with absolutely no damage and no signs of wear.  A very good example of this 1971 album cover.

The original inner sleeve is present.  The bottom seam is split less than one inch.  There is a crease in the upper corner from the manner in which it was sealed in the album cover.  Otherwise, the inner sleeve is in good condition.

The vinyl looks nearly new.  On side one, there is a light scratch that is so faint that I could not photograph it for you.  It will take you a few seconds of tilting the vinyl around a light source for you to see it.  there is an equally light manufacturer's defect on side 2.  Neither of these affects the sound in the least.  Playback is almost like a new record, with the exception of some light noise between tracks, and an occasional static tic here and there.  A VPI cleaning might help, but it really doesn't need one.  The vinyl just looks and sounds great.
