Shipping We ship via UPS unless otherwise noted in the listing. Small items may qualify to be shipped via USPS Flat-rate; please contact us if you would like your item shipped using this option with reduced shipping charges. We reserve the right to ship all orders via UPS, regardless of size and weight. We reserve the right to deny the combining of items if we believe the combination of items could cause damage to others in the order or the combination of items would incur additional handling charges by the carrier. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. A handling fee is included; please check the shipping and handling fees before confirming your bid. We ship only to the shipping address specified at the time your order is submitted. For our buyers' protection, we do not accept shipping address changes once the order has been created and paid for. All orders are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours of payment. Orders returned by the shipper as undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient address are subject to additional shipping fees for which the buyer is responsible. Local Pick-up We do offer a pick-up option for local buyers who would like to save shipping charges; handling fees still apply. After creating your order, but before completing payment, change the shipping address to the pick-up option then, complete your payment. All orders must be pre-paid online at least 24 hours prior to picking up. Pick up hours are Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 2:30pm, excluding holidays. Please bring a printed receipt and a photo ID when picking up your order. For our buyers' protection, orders will be released only to those named on the order unless alternate arrangements are made prior to the pick-up. Orders must be picked up within 14 days of payment. Orders not picked up within 14 days of payment will automatically be refunded less a $2.00 fee for each item in the order with no further notice to the buyer. Returns and Refunds Your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. All Returns must have prior approval from customer service to be accepted. Return/refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the item, and items approved for return must be shipped back within seven (7) days of approval. Approved return orders will be refunded the amount paid for the item (excluding shipping and handling) less a restocking fee of 25% or $11, whichever is less. Full refunds will only be approved for items that were damaged during shipping or if there was a gross misrepresentation of the item in the auction description. All items must be returned in their original listed condition. Items that have been altered will not be refunded. Returned items that qualify for free shipping will be refunded the price paid less our shipping costs. Orders returned as undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, insufficient address, or an unknown reason will be refunded the amount paid for the item only less a restocking fee of 25% or $11, whichever is less.
