The Beatles Let it Be US Red Apple Vinyl Gate Fold - 1970
Rare Red Apple US Pressing of The Beatles last album "Let It Be". Majority of "Let it be" pressings had the usual Green Apple label and were held in normal Vinyl sleeve album Cover.
A number of the first US pressings were made with Red Apple Label and the Album was sold in a Gatefold Album Sleeve.
Here on offer is a US Pressing Red Apple Label Vinyl held in Gatefold Album Sleeve
Play Quality - VG
The Record has kept its shine on both sides and the Music resonates excellently with minimal crackle other than in between the tracks.
Side 1 of the record has 3 marks which are only on the surface. These do not effect play on the record. There is a small scratch in between the end of "Two of Us" and the start of "I Dig a Pony". I tried this on 2 different record players, one which had no effect on the play and the other which gave a slight 2 second jump.
Side 2 of the record has 2 marks which do not effect play.
Gatefold Cover and Original dust sleeve -VG
Some general ware from over the years but no splits or nasty marks.
Overall the record has a good sound to it and is an enjoyable listen. It can also be offered as a rare collectors item for all things Beatles.
