Visual and Play Tested Vinyl Grading System

Mint (M) ? Considered absolutely perfect in every way. 

Near Mint (NM) ? looks new, shiny with no visible defects, no spindle marks, and, if played, flawless.

Very Good (VG+) ? record may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs, very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience, slight warps, and possibly some wear around the spindle hole.

Very Good (VG) ? vinyl gloss is diminished, plays through without skipping or needle hangup, groove wear may be visually present, may have light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail, surface noise and some scratches may be audible, but plays very well.

Good (G) ? record plays through with minimal skipping, has significant surface noise, shows groove wear, the label may be worn, and other human damages.

Note: Please be aware that I have had most of my personal collection of 12" albums some 50+ years. My 10" collection has been more recently acquired. Each album has been handled, cleaned, and packaged with the greatest of care.

Vinyl Cover Grading System

Mint (M) ? Considered absolutely perfect in every way. Used very rarely, if at all, for my collection.

Near Mint (NM) ? free of creases, ring wear and seam splits of any king.

Very Good+ (VG+) ? cover has only minor wear, very minor seam wear or a minor split (less than one inch) on the bottom seam.

Very Good (VG) ? may show some ring wear, may have visible creases, seam wear and/or splitting is obvious on one or more seams.

Good (G) ? ring wear is obvious, seam splits are obvious, may have writing.

Note: the photos shown are of the actual item to be sold. Please look at the photos carefully before placing a bid or clicking "Buy Now". A photo may have signs of a glare or white spots that is due to the photography and does not exist on the item. I do grade these LPs to what I think is fair, but make sure you look at the photos, particularly for the condition of the sleeve.

Combined Shipping

The following instructions should assist you in applying for the "Combined Shipping" rate. Combine one or more LPs with, your first choice, for an additional shipping cost of $0.50 per additional LP and $0.25 additional handling and packaging cost per additional LP.

1.    Add the requested LPs to your shopping cart.

2.    Commit to buy.

3.    Request total. I will then send an invoice with the combined ship rate (go to one of the items on your purchased page, on the right there is a drop down menu, select request total, on some browsers the option "Request Total" appears prior to the commit button so you can do it there). 

Note: The above process does not work on some ebay phone apps. If it does not, log in to ebay.com via the web browser on your phone and do not use the app.

I may not be to offer the full combined discount rate due to the charges I have to pay on final fees. If you purchase LPs and pay full price for shipping and then ask me for a combined rate, I can issue a refund via PayPal for the excess you paid, minus the 10% ebay charge on the excess shipping paid!

Shipping, Handling & Packaging

I will ship within 36 hours (48 hours on requested combined orders) of payment being received (please consider that the post office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays).

Note: Each LP is shipped in professional grade mailers (please see photos). The album is inserted into a new inner insert, inserted into the sleeve, inserted into a new plastic album sleeve, packed with bubble wrap on both sides, and enclosed in a quality mailer with all seems securely taped to ensure you receiving exactly what you've order, and in the condition you should expect.

Only PayPal payments are accepted.

Please ensure you pay for your requested item within 24 hours of your commitment as your desired item may be reposted as available for sale if payment is not received in that timeframe.

USA Shipping

USPS media mail within the U.S.A (2-8 business days). There's a reason we refer to it as "snail mail".

1.  All legitimate inquiries will be responded to as soon as possible, usually same day.

2.  Please refer to the shipping section above to review my standard packaging practice to ensure you receiving the quality product you ordered and expect.

3.  Once I receive positive feedback, I will leave a positive feedback for you, the buyer.

4.  The condition of each item is detailed above, to the best of my abilities.

5.  I've attempted to clearly detail the ebay procedure on "how to combine shipping" above. If you have questions concerning their procedure, please contact ebay customer service.

6.  Contact your USPS office first! Please don't message me concerning late delivery. Your package is delivered to or picked up by the USPS within 36 hours (48 hours for combined orders) of receipt or your order. Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded once the USPS acknowledges receipt and scans your package. You will receive tracking info as soon as the USPS scans your package into their system. Please watch your ebay account.

7.  I check the LP to ensure it is the right LP for the cover when I take the photos and when I pack. I only handle one album at a time during the handling, photo shoot, and packaging process. There is no way a "wrong" LP will be sent to you. There will be no refund.

8.  If USPS tracking says your item has been delivered to the address you have on file with ebay. Please contact your USPS office if you feel your package is lost. There are no refunds on Packages lost by the USPS. If your package was insured, please contact your local USPS for any claim.

Resolving an Issue

If there is a physical issue with the item you have received, i.e. damage(s), please be prepared to send me photos of both the outer package and the LP itself, the vinyl, and the label, so I'm able to see the damage on the full item.
