Bought new myself.  I played it once to record to cassette back in the early '80s.  From what I understand very rare, has an extra track on the record not on the major release with Elektra which is really good as is each track.
Still in the shrink wrap, no record ring that I can see, I always have stored my records very loose and pretty much leave them in their spot till now.
From Wikipedia:

Leathür Records was a  that released 's debut album. It was a small imprint owned by the band and original manager Allan Coffman.

was released in 1981 and featured a picture of singer 's leather clad crotch. The album was released in both LP and cassette versions. There were three pressings. The second pressing was available on LP and cassette. The third pressing was only available on LP.

Leathür was manufactured and distributed by Greenworld Distribution of , . Greenworld went bankrupt in . The album was part of what is referred to as a 'pressing & distribution' (p&d) deal, meaning that the band retained ownership of the masters and Greenworld had rights to make the records and put them out. The Leathür deal was completed by Coffman and Greenworld's , who himself went on to co-manage .

The band was then picked up by  and the record was ordered to be re-mixed for re-release. The Canadian WEA release of the album in June 1982 featured the original Leathür mixes and not the Elektra re-mixes by  released elsewhere.

From another seller, , has really done his research:

When Elektra re-released this record, they dropped a track, remixed it and supposedly had parts of it re recorded by the band
this is the original release THE BAND PUT OUT THEMSELVES.

LEATHUR RECORDS SECOND PRESS LP - INSERT #2 with PHOTO #1 (not insert #3 that came with most second presses. see full info below)

dead wax etchings:
- Side A matrix numbers: DK-1004-A PRC-C-1-1 kdisc
- Side B matrix numbers: DK-1004-B PRC-C-1-1 kdisc

- December 1981.
- 4000 copies. [According to several sources]
- Band name and album title is written in red on the front cover.
- The record labels are white with black lettering.
- Vince's big hair has been fixed on the back cover
and Vince's hair is washed out on  the insert photo
. (the next version of the insert included in most 2nd presses and all third presses  would touch his hair up so it wouldn't wash out into the white background, )
- Nikki's arms are crossed at his chest on the insert photo, he's pointing his arm straight out on the second and third press.
(this is different from the first insert that came with 1st press, it's the same photo with Nikki's arms crossed, but Vince's hair is washed out)

actually the way we see it, it's 4 diff inserts not three like some people say., but it's confusing as to which one goes with which pressing unless you have all 4 variations in front of you. thankfully between these two copies we are selling  (this 2nd press and a 3rd pressing as well) and personal copies of other variations we count 4 different inserts

first one is first photo. (Nikki's arms crossed) Vince's hair is retouched and too big - first press only
2nd one is first photo, (Nikki's arms crossed) Vince's hair is washed out / unretouched -  used in 2nd press(this one pictured)

3rd one is 2nd photo (with Nikki's arm pointing straight out) Vince's hair is washed out / unretouched. also used in 2nd press,
4th one is 2nd photo (Nikki's arm pointing straight out)
Vince's hair is retouched again as well as other bits like Mick's face. now darker and everything else is darker. - used in third press
they probably made 1-2000 inserts at a time so they were able to keep adjusting it the next time they ran out

- Sunglasses on the back cover.
- Inner paperbag is white with big centerhole.
- On the inside of the cover there is a few millimetre gap in the seam that you can't see from the outside.
- The inside of the cover is unbleached and has a light brown natural paper color look.
- Insert photo is a little bit darker than on the third press.
- The 'B' in the matrixnumber DK-1004-B looks like the number 3 if you don't look carefully.
