Mp3 and turntable statement.
I try my best to describe records accurate going into detail on what I observe.We all know records can look one way and play another.I usually always include an mp3 of how it well or not it played on my turntables so you can get a good idea of what to expect.As there are many variables between records and equipment, I cannot however be responsible for how a record plays on your system.

As to condition.First the vinyl.It is very clean,and in my view looks little played.Maybe a few faint arguable hairlines.NO EAR.Jacket is in shrink.Area of paper loss bottom seam where shrink isn't .Mild corner bumps. I have mp3 embedded both sides so you can judge the playing quality..Signature conformation is required.
