A collection of three acetates of THE BAND, from THE BASEMENT TAPES.

Originally owned by Richard and Linda Thompson (I bought these from Linda over 25 years ago)

These are acetates and are primarily of interest because of their cultural artefact value ... Condition wise they have been played but it is best not to play them too much as with any acetate, there is of course some considerable wear, but they are playable (with some surface noise); I’m happy to record them in my studio and provide digital files for THE PURCHASER.

This set consists of two double sided acetates and one one sided acetate.

The tracks are as follows:

Disc one) YAZOO ST SCANDAL (33 rpm)

Disc two) BLUES FOR BREAKFAST b/w KATIE’S BEEN GONE (33rpm)

Disc three) FERDINAND THE IMPOSTER b/w RUBEN REMUS
