Hi Guns Fans,
Up for sale is an extremely rare find. Guns N Roses live from the legendary Perkins Palace in Pasadena, Ca. December 30, 1987. This SOUNDBOARD RECORDING was recorded the last night from a four night stand and 5 months after Appetite For Destruction was released. This is the band in extremely raw form.............and kinda drunk as well. Another reason the show is rare is because Steven Adler had an accident and couldn’t play this night so Fred Coury from Cinderella stands in and plays the whole show, except for “Patience. “. The recording itself is a tad on the rough side since it’s 30 years old, just about. It starts around 23 seconds into the first song, “It’s So Easy.” Going into the next song “Move To The City,”the song jumps right in as if there was a scratch in the record, but there isn’t. The show was recorded in reel to reel or cassette. You can tell by listening to it. Also, just before the audience participation part of “Knockin On Heavens Door” the song cuts and even though it was played that night, Paradise City is not included. Be advised that ALL COPIES of this recording are the same. Please don’t let this stop u from purchasing the record. It really is a KILLER show all around and if u are a true Guns fan u WIlL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! If u want to hear the recording go to you tube and type Guns N’ Roses Pasadena 1987 soundboard. The whole show will come up and you can hear for yourself. Lots of luck and feel free to email me with questions. Good luck. The records have never been played. Only just a couple of minor record jacket scuffs.
