Hollywood Fats Band - self-titled debut LP - Gorgeous blue vinyl copy!
This rare beauty is in its original shrink-wrap sleeve which means it's in tip-top condition. Front & back covers are both gorgeous and sharp. No writing. The price sticker is on the shrink-wrap - not the jacket. There's VERY minimal shelf wear on the bottom seam - maybe about 1/4" - otherwise near prefect. Labels are beautiful with few spindle marks and the vinyl is in near-pristine shape! An incredibly clean example of this great LP. Hollywood Fats was, without question, in a league of his own. He was an incredible guitar player and these guys pretty much started the entire West Coast swing craze that swept the US back then. Al Blake, Fred Kaplan, Larry Taylor and Richard Innes (all legends today) filled out the killer band on this highly collectible LP.
I am not a record dealer - just a private collector now parting with lots of rare & hard-to-find albums, 45s & 78s.
