I bought the album new, and now I wish I'd left it sealed!  But I didn't.  Massively rare LP that's been in storage for over a decade, somebody out there should receive this as a Christmas gift, rather than me holding onto it in storage.

THE COVER is still in the shrinkwrap.  As a result, the cover is near mint, and completely free of any and all issues.  The shrinkwrap is perfectly whole with none missing.  There are factory breathe holes down the front center, allowing the shrink to stay flexible and not retain any moisture or dirt.  The gatefold has never been opened in the 23 years this copy has existed.  I know this because I've never opened it.  Guaranteed.

THE HYPE STICKER shows just the slightest hint of wear on its bottom left corner.  Otherwise, it's as new-looking as the day the album hit the rack.

THE DISCS are both in Near Mint condition.  I've never played this album all the way through, so much of the grooves remain unplayed.  All four sides glow new.  Not one single hairline scratch to be found.  The playback features silky quiet tracking on the vinyl and loud, bold, clear analogue sound reproduction.  There are occasional static tics in the silent bands, most pronounced on the outer lip.  But once the stylus settles in for a side of continuous play, the tics stop.  The labels are all in new condition.  One of them has a manufacturer's mark that looks like a spindle mark, but that was there the day I opened the record.  VERY light, and it doesn't translate in the least to a damaged label.

THE CARDBOARD INNER SLEEVES of course, are both present.  All the seams are tough-as-steel strong and razor-sharp.  Both have an outdent from the LP, but never to the point that they have worn white.  Both are absolutely full-gloss.

If you're in need of finding the final upgrade for either yourself or the DMB fan in your life, this is it.  No kidding.  Albums will be shipped in plain white sleeves in order not to damage the cardboard ones during transit.
