From my own collection. The album cover looks very nice. Sleeve has a slit on the bottom.
I didn't see any scratches on the songs themselves, but did see approx. a 1/4" minor scratch on the beginning of the lead in before the 1st song on side 1. (see last pic where I pointed to it with the corner of the album cover.) I don't have a turntable to test. Being an audiophile, I was always very careful with my records, somehow this happened regardless.
Note, there are reflections in the record and or album cover from photographing, which are NOT smudges.
