This is a UK original Stereo LP pressing. This is Record 2 only. Originally it was issued as two separate LP's which were designed to be purchased together. This LP consists of Side 3 and Side 4. Record 1 is missing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve which has a large sized "Stereo" on the front. It has its original polythene-lined company "EMI" inner sleeve.

The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has turquoise blue & silver Columbia labels. It has 1st press YAX 1029-2 and YAX 1030-6 matrix stampers. This is a rare UK Stereo Classical LP.



Sleeve: There is a light stain on the front sleeve at the bottom sleeve opening. There is a small area of laminate crinkling at the very bottom of the front sleeve too. There is some light to mild fading & staining on the rear sleeve. There is some light to mild rubbing wear at the sleeve opening. VG condition

Vinyl: There is a minor to light warp. It only notices when Side 2 is only the turntable. It hardly notices anyway & does not affect play at all. Otherwise, there are some light sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, & three very small 0.5 cm to 1 cm hairline marks on one side. VG+ condition. The labels are in near perfect condition & show next to no spindle wear. The company inner sleeve is in VG condition. There is some light to mild ringwear & creasing. The top two corner tips have been cut away too. There are no seam splits.

I have fully play tested this LP. It plays VG+ to Near Excellent overall. There is some light or very light crackle in some quieter places. There are three light clicks near the start of Side 1. There are a couple of light clicks midway through Side 1, & 3-4 mild clicks two-thirds of the way through Side 1. The clicks appear to be caused by dirt in the grooves & could be removed if cleaned very carefully. This LP would definitely benefit from a professional clean. I would expect this LP to play Excellent or better afterwards.
