The eventual national champions, Notre Dame, knew full well who Archie Manning was after their meeting in Jackson MS in 1977 as they lost 20-13 in one of the greatest notches in Ole Miss' football belt. Striking while the iron was very hot, this record was recorded at the most famous of all Mississippi recording studios, Malaco, and rushed out to fans hungry for a memento of the stunning victory. It sold well BUT try finding a copy 40+ years later as the ones that were sold tend to stay in the family that bought it and very few make it out into the wild to be bought and much less in this fabulous UNPLAYED condition! Even if you don't own a turntable, this is one great piece of Ole Miss sports memorabilia and in as nice as condition as any out there.
