As I Lay Dying-”decas” 2011 SEALED/UNOPENED clear splattered vinyl release on Metal Blade Records.  Vinyl is sealed and unopened. There is some sticker residue on center portion of front cover.  There appears to be some white plastic “string things” under the shrink wrap in the lower right quadrant when looking at the front cover.  Cover has hype sticker stating this edition is limited to 1000 pressings. There is an anti-theft sticker on the upper right quadrant when looking at the back cover.

Please do not automatically pay the Ebay-generated invoice.  Shipping in the US is $4.00 via media mail, per listing, unless you specify another method.  Multiple purchases will be combined in order to save you $$ at the rate of $1.00 per additional purchase.  Orders over $50 will have the signature confirmation option added to insure delivery receipt. Shipping outside of the US is only through Ebay’s GSP, please do not ask to ship in another fashion.  This is to insure against post office loss and/or theft. Paypal is the only accepted method of payment, please don’t ask to pay in another fashion. Payment is to be made within 4 days after auction close or after the “Buy It Now” option is utilized.  If payment cannot be made within this time frame, please contact me as I am willing to work with you if necessary. After 4 days an unpaid item claim will be opened if there has been no communication. By bidding you are accepting these terms. Regarding the condition of the item(s) for sale:  I have the capability of recording my vinyl records and transferring them into an mp3 format.  I have done this with all albums up for sale, other than sealed items for obvious reason. If there were any issues above and beyond the occasional crack and/or pop, then these items would not be up for sale (unless the issue is noted).  For shipping, all records are taken out of the sleeves in order to prevent any excessive inner sleeve or cardboard sleeve wear. Prior to purchase, please ask any and all questions that you may have about the item(s) you wish to purchase.  I welcome questions and want you to be confident in your purchase(s). I have listed the quality and conditions of the items as best as I can and I have graded my items very conservatively. If you receive an item, or items, and there is some conditional detail that I did not list, please let me know about it and I will work with you.  Check out the pictures as they are a part of the item’s description. Please do not hide behind a downgraded feedback evaluation because you didn't ask a question before you made your purchase. I want us all to be happy with the transaction. GRADING SYSTEM

M (Mint): Album is brand new, sealed and un-played.

N.M. (Near Mint): Vinyl looks like it has just been taken out of shrink wrap.  No noticeable scratches and is virtually free of surface noise. Cover may have some light rub marks.

EX (Excellent quality): Vinyl may have noticeable smudge or scratch marks, but has excellent sound quality with little surface noise.  Cover looks new but may have a small bent corner or stress line on edge.

V.G.+ (Very Good Plus): Vinyl may show some heavier signs of wear and may have slight scuffs, smudges or very light scratches.  No major scratches. Some surface noise noticeable. Covers will have some slight wear.

G (Good):  Vinyl will have moderate to heavy scratches/scuff marks.  At this level, I cannot guarantee playback on your equipment.  Covers will have heavy wear.

International buyers:

If you purchase this item thru the new Global Shipping Program, I do not charge any shipping and will ship media mail. I don't know what the Global Shipping Program will charge you for shipping and Customs or any other taxes. Once your package reaches the global shipping center (in the USA), the seller has no control, but you'll be issued a new tracking #.

If you want to purchase more than 1 of my items, please let me know before you purchase. Global shipping will NOT give you a shipping discount even if I combine them into 1 package.
