All
records are graded to the Record Collector Guidelines, with extra
information added as required when play tested. Also all photos above
are of the exact record you will receive if purchased.
This record is graded at excellent- condition. It has only a few faint spindle marks showing on the labels and no other issues such as pen marks, scuffs or stains. All text is legible and they are clean and bright. Overall the labels are in excellent condition with no serious issues and only minor signs of use.
As for
the vinyl itself, both sides have a lovely lustre and are generally in very nice clean condition. There is however a scratch on side 2 and also a few other more minor light lines. The scratch on side 2 is the only thing that causes any issues to play back with the rest of the lp being nice and clean as I say. It is graded at EX- due to the scratch on side 2.
I
play
tested the record and it played well overall but does have a few light noises in tracks 1 and 2 on side 2 caused by the scratch mentioned above. These are not severely disruptive but can be heard in parts. I noted the following information during the play test.
It lays flat on the deck with no arm movement upon playing.
Side 1 plays with EX+ audio and only very minor traces of surface noise in places(between tracks and run in)
Side 2 plays much the same as side 1 with occasional traces of surface noise but also a few noises as mentioned. There was around 4 or 5 light 'pips' that sound sporadically(due to scratch) in track 1 but these were minor and pretty hard to notice from the actual music. There was light tics between the tracks however and then a series of around 8 to 10 in the early stages of track 2. They are not really loud tics but do sound due to the quieter nature of the music. After these pass it plays til the end with solid 'EX' grade audio.
Overall it has a few light noises on side 2 but plays well for the most part and is certainly still an enjoyable listen.
It
includes its original lyric inner which is in excellent condition with no splits, tears or pen marks. It does have 'age spots' over both sides however. They are not hugely noticeable but can be seen faintly to both sides. I will send the record in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure it does not incur any damage during transit.
