Bruce Spizer lists this cover as CAP 2553.SC2 (2nd pressing, 1st press is the Butcher) and the record labels as CAP 2553.SR1A (1st pressing, East Coast).

Side 1 Matrix is machine stamped ST1-2553-B6. 
Side 2 Matrix is machine stamped ST2-2553-A1.
Vinyl looks and plays NM-. Labels are NM. Cover is EX (light browning at opening) and still in shrink-wrap. Shrink has an almost full length split on spine. Original Capitol inner sleeve is NM (no splits). 
All my records have been play-tested unless noted. Smoke-free, pet-free home. Album has been housed and will be shipped in a poly sleeve. The disc has been housed and will be shipped in a separate poly-lined sleeve. Record(s) will be packaged in an LP Mailer(s). Smoke-free, pet-free home. LP GRADING
M : Perfect. Sleeve, labels & inserts (if any) look like new without any marks. Vinyl looks unplayed.
NM : Nearly perfect. Sleeve does not have creases, writing, seam splits or any obvious defects. Labels & vinyl look clean without any obvious signs of wear. Vinyl plays almost perfect.
EX : Well cared for. Sleeve has slight signs of wear or light marks. Labels have light wear or marks. Vinyl may show slight scuffs or very light scratches and plays with some very minor audible noise.
VG : Obviously used. Sleeve has obvious wear which may include seam splits, stickers & writing (all will be noted). Labels show wear with possible stickers, glue residue or writing (all noted). Vinyl shows scuffs and/or light scratches. Upon playing, surface noise is evident but plays through without skipping.
G : Heavily used.
P : Abused.
