Here is an extremely rare and undocumented 1976 promo disc from the Texas Office of Traffic Safety, featuring nreleased car-themed tracks by Freddy Fender and Alvin Crow. The Freddy Fender tracks are in both English and Spanish. The disc is in excellent condition with some faint sleeve wear. The sleeve is VG+ with some light creases and shelf wear.
