Vinyl: NM beautiful condition
Sleeve: EX clean and solid but there is some discoloration and wear on the leading edge

Records are graded visually, at different angles under bright lights. I don't list records that have lost their gloss or have deep flaws

Grades:
SS (Still Sealed) condition unknown
NM: not a mark on either side. I don't get many of these
EX: original sheen with some isolated light scuff marks
VG+: same as EX but with more light scuff marks. Nothing that should affect play
VG: original sheen may be fading, and lots of scuff marks. I will always play grade a VG album start to finish and note results

LPs will be packed outside the sleeve in cardboard mailers designed for records
