The item is on the Maverick/Warner Bros. label with the Cat No. 9362-46847-1
The item is still shrink wrap sealed from new, however, there are some creases to the sleeve, details as follows; two creases to the front left hand bottom corner. Two creases to the rear top right hand corner, plus a ding to the front top left hand/rear top right hand corners of the sleeve.
